We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
We accept exchange or return requests only under the following conditions:
The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).
You must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (with tags, if any).
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, dislike of design, or size issues unless specified on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Products bought during clearance sales or special offers
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@pnjeweller.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
Include your order number, clear images of the product, and a brief reason for return/exchange.
Our team will review the request and get back within 2 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back.
You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us.
In case of wrong or damaged product sent by us, we will cover return shipping charges.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via bank transfer or store credit.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Exchange Policy
If the exchange is approved (due to defect or incorrect item), we will ship a replacement within 5–7 working days, subject to availability.
If the item is out of stock, we may offer a similar product or refund.
Important Notes
PN Jeweller reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
We recommend shooting an unboxing video as proof in case of damage/missing item claims.
