Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499 will incur a nominal delivery fee of ₹50.
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping without any additional fee.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms
COD is available across India.
All COD orders carry a nominal fee of ₹50, regardless of the order amount.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, courier delays, regional restrictions, or inventory issues.
You will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

We currently ship within India only. Fast and secure shipping is provided via trusted delivery partners.

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday to Saturday)
Change of Address
You may request a change of delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team at support@pnjeweller.com.
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Multiple Addresses
Each order can be shipped to only one address.
If you require deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order.
Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed beyond 11 business days, we will notify you of the delay and provide the next steps.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel appears to be damaged upon arrival, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately.
If the parcel is delivered without your presence and appears damaged, please get in touch with us for assistance and resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
